Bike riding is not about pedalling but balancing
Juggling is about throwing, not catching.
When we implement change, we often are focusing on the wrong things. We need to ask better questions to get to the root of the problem, define the problem better, and actually clarify the skills we need (a step rarely done).
When we do, change begins to happen, slowly. Just like learning a bike and juggling takes time and we make an immense amount of mistakes, change will go badly at first, but it will come if we keep at it.
