In an increasingly polarised world where we are encouraged to frame choices as black or white, right or wrong; getting to yes is pitched as the only possible goal.
What happens if we re-frame this for ourselves? What happens if our goal is ‘maybe’ instead of ‘yes’? And what happens if once we’ve arrived at maybe, we re-evaluate the ‘yes’ we want to achieve because now we have one more perspective to consider?
