Think about it for a minute. This is how culture changes – someone starts doing something random or new and either more people start doing it and it becomes the norm or it dies out. It may not become the norm for everyone, but it doesn’t need to, it just needs to become the norm for a few – people like us, do things like this.
So when you are trying to change the culture in your office, your organisation, remember you don’t need everyone, you need a few. I’m also remind about this brilliant video about starting a movement.
