What would happen if we focused on managing our time not a to-do list? Would anything shift? Would it help us truly prioritise? Help us focus? Would we delegate more? Say no more? Would we notice how we waste time and begin to change that? Would we make different choices? Would we turn off notifications? Leave our phone further away from us?
Maybe one of the subtle shifts would be us starting to say, “My time is limited and I have allocated it to other things right now” which is different to “I don’t have time” or “I ran out of time”.
