As you move from black to white you travel through a thousand shades of grey.  And just as you approach white, if you a droplet of water, a whole multitude of colour will explode before you. 

This is a good reminder to consider when a decision presented as a choice between this or that, them or us, black or white.  There are likely a few other options available.

And identifying what the droplet of water is in your life, your organisation, might be incredibly helpful to know.
