In and around not for profit and charity organisations there is a continual debate about ‘overhead’ or ‘admin’ costs. The debate often heats up when annual reports are created and the piecharts found on the back page. It’s a strange debate as I talked about on an early podcast last year.

This is a brilliant video talking about this issue from a different angle. Much more eloquently than I. And while it created by organisations in a specific context (San Antonio, USA), its message is relevant globally.
