As we travel more again and reconnect with people or places we haven’t seen for a few years, we learn things about who we are and have become. And yet, often we don’t see ourselves the way others see us. The wise words of Sue from this week stuck with me.

We do not see ourselves
the way that others see us,
yet we are known….
to be known is to be loved

This wisdom is crtiical for our personal lives, but also for how we lead others through change.
