Aerate your organisation

aerate

When you aerate a lawn or piece of ground, you basically poke holes in it. Depending on the method you use, it could result in lots of little ‘soil logs’ on the ground. The value of aerating is that it enables air and water to get to the roots of the grass. Grass or lawns often get the most traffic resulting in compaction, which makes it difficult for plants to grow.

Over time, many organisations and their processes also get ‘compact’. What would it look like to ‘aerate’ an organisation? How can we give air and water to our teams so they can breathe (and flourish) again?

How good you do this with your team today?
