They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I certainly found that working with an artist requires one to be able to clearly articulate a complex issue. The beauty of good visualisations is that they communicate the original idea, but also say much more. It is not about reducing complexity, it’s about embracing it, finding the essence, and then amplfying it.
