Working on change can be discouraging. It is not uncommon to feel like no progress is being made. But change is not a solo sport, we are building on the work of others and contributing our work so others can build on us too.

This week a dear friend sent me a note which included the below video. If we think of ourselves as a ping pong ball, we never know if our ball is going to be the one that raises the ship.
