There’s a saying here in Devon, UK that goes like this ‘There is no such thing as poor weather, just poor clothing choices.’

Perhaps the same is true in many areas of life. When do we blame things outside of our control rather than consider the things within our control? Can we reframe it to think about if we are making ‘poor clothing choices’ instead?
