It’s often defined as the act of working together. Sometimes we view collaborating as always having to do things together (holding hands) but collaborating can also be awareness of what is going on in different parts of the organisation, being in step with and learning from each other, but still doing things on our own.
Change rarely happens without some form of collaboration; which type are you going to choose?
It all starts with defining an objective or realising your contribution factor towards a goal. These can be high level but individually, through personal or collective experiences we can work towards achieving them. Ultimately it comes down to that individual effort you put, sacrifices you make towards the desired outcome!
