Could we collect less?
Why is my date of birth needed for an appointment. Is it to check if I’m an adult? In 2022, asking ‘are you born before 2004 would suffice.
No One is Picking Up the Phone
Governance needs to address both the technical and the human. Otherwise there will be lots of phone ringing and no one picking up.
