A colleague sent me this video. Simple. Catchy. And as one person said, “Brilliant – this is likely to have more impact than any guidelines!!”

I’d have to agree – brilliant and it is likely to have more impact than most guidelines ever written. Yet sadly, we’ll keep writing guidelines, policies, and creating big wordy documents that few people will read or use. Why is this? Why are we too scared to create a song? a game?
