While discussing machine learning in a recent Tim Ferriss podcast, a distinction was made between exploit and explore. Exploring is about discovering and learning new things. Exploiting is about continuing to build on what you know.
It’s a lovely distinction and leads me to wonder what am I exploring and what am I exploiting today? And perhaps I should ensure I do both each day.
