Often the age of the internet has been dubbed the information age. No doubt, access to information has exploded. Similarly, organisational discussions about digital transformation also focus on access to information. The collection, analysis, sharing of information.

And while this is true, perhaps we underestimate the opportunity digital transformation offers to ‘find the others’. Building networks of people who are interested in similar things, who want to bring about change has never been easier than now. And we can connect with others across the globe or at home.

Sometimes knowing you are not alone and not crazy might just be what you need to take the next step. And the next one. And the next one.
