It has been good to get some feedback on the passion post.  One person wrote me in a separate email asking questions about whether or not our priorities and the things we do affect our passion as well as the other way around.  I think she is right in that it goes both ways, yet I wonder if we are created with some core bits to who we are, I don’t know.  Perhaps this is all going down the road to the nature/nurture question, which I really don’t want to get into.  

At the end of the day, I agree with a quote that I can’t quite remember, but it went something like… what the world needs is more people to be fully alive, as fully alive people create joy and exude life.  I think it is tough to be fully alive without being passionate – how about you?    Or as someone used to say… Live, don’t merely exist!
