Getting better almost never happens on your own. We need the others. And we need to try again and be ok with looking silly. Perhaps that’s the hardest part.

730 days of daily writing. This daily practice grounds me, clarifies and clears my head. And no it is not easy and sometimes it’s not even enjoyable.
In most training sessions, we’re told it’s ok to be ourselves. Yet, sometimes ‘being yourself’ is what is stopping us from learning something new.
