We all have ideas, stories, experiences that we believe everyone else should hear about or experience as well. This is part of having passion and being passionate about something. It is also partly about wanting to spread joy or knowledge. It can also be destructive.

‘Everyone must hear this’ is different than ‘I’m going to corner you and tell you whether you like it or not’. The first is healthy and involves choice. The second is harmful bullying behaviour.

Marketing and change can take either posture. The one you take is up to you.

And yes, sometimes on reflection, we can realise we’ve, unintentionally used bullying tactics before. If possible, we can ask for forgiveness. And now that we know or recognise it, we can decide not to do it again .

The choice is up to us.
